MFA were appointed post planning for the coordination and construction of 147 no. residential dwellings, duplex apartments and Creche Building at Ayresfield Kilkenny.  The provision of these dwellings and buildings in the Picturesque city of Kilkenny will provide high quality and A-Rated dwellings, incorporating communal open spaces, children play areas and home zones, providing attractive new homes within Kilkenny for their new residents. MFA are providing Project Management and Assigned Certifier Services for the development which is due for completion mid-2024.
